If you don't already have an MVP Customer card, you can get one at any Food Lion, or click here to complete an application form that you can take to any Food Lion store.

Once you have an MVP Customer card you must register it for CFF.

Either, click here to register online:

On the pulldown menu, select;

State:   MD

City:    Hunt Valley

Organization:    CFF (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation)

or, if you prefer, call Customer Service at 1.800.210.9569

You must re-register for CFF in December each year.
